COURSE OVERVIEW
The Art of Selling training helps the participant to understand the range of skills that a successful salesperson needs. With the use of a lot of activities and role-plays an individual will be able to build up their credibility and likability from their prospect which helps them to understand and use body language and non-verbal communication to their advantage.
This course presents the fundamentals of the sales and selling process. During the workshop, participants will learn how to get into the salesperson’s mindset, distinguish between features and benefits, present competitive strengths, find new clients and network more effectively.
