Microsoft Word Basic

The Microsoft Word Basic course focuses the participant on basic document production using Microsoft Word software and is designed to give the participant a sound understanding of how documents are created, formatted, and printed. It is ideal for individuals working in a corporate environment and for all businesses where there is a requirement to produce reports, budgets, lists, and other forms of documentation.

Microsoft Word Advanced

The Microsoft Word Advanced course trains the participants on advanced techniques, such as working with table of contents, footnotes, endnotes, adding comments, tracking changes, comparing and combining documents, creating envelopes and labels, using Mail Merge, and protecting documents. The course empowers a participant to take Word beyond basic word processing to its full potential and utilize it as one of their main productivity tools.
